In order to deliver and bridge class XII students to the gates of Higher Education, the Faculty of Engineering, University of PGRI Palembang carried out a socialization regarding the selection of new student admissions to districts in South Sumatra Province. The socialization of new student admissions to the regions is a routine task every year for the Faculty of Engineering. This year led by team leader Mr. Aan Sefentry, S.T., M.T., the Faculty of Engineering has carried out PMB outreach to Lahat, Muara Enim, and Prabumulih City for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
In this promotional activity, various kinds of campus excellence were explained, such as several departments or study programs that had been accredited “Good”, an online payment system, then academic activities had used the SISFO application so that it made it easier for students to carry out lecture activities, besides that it was also explained about scholarships on campus and others related to lectures. It is hoped that through this activity, SMA / equivalent students in the region will be able to obtain complete information regarding the pathway to enter PGRI Palembang University, study program options, tuition fees, scholarships, housing and motivation to continue higher education at PGRI Palembang University. This promotional activity is also intended to build communication with schools and prospective new students, so that the public or prospective students are more familiar with the programs offered by the PGRI Palembang University.
