Meeting of Faculty of Engineering UPGRIP Odd Semester FY. 2021-2022
In connection with the commencement of teaching activities and as an initial step to enter the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2021-2022, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Palembang will hold a lecturer meeting on Monday 6 September 2021. The meeting will be held in the Hall of the Faculty of Engineering, 1st floor of Building D, Universitas PGRI Palembang is a routine agenda that is held every time entering a new semester. All lecturers to attend this meeting. This lecturer meeting was chaired and opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Mr. Adiguna, ST., M.Sc., which was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Mr. Aan Sefentry, ST., MT, all Heads of Study Programs and Permanent Lecturers of the Foundation (DTY) from three Study Program, Head of Department. TU, Finance and Personnel, Heads of Subdivisions and managers of the Faculty of Engineering.
The agenda discussed in the lecturer meeting is the discussion of lecture preparation, such as: class schedules, teaching reports, Sisfo and RPS.
The Dean in his speech emphasized that “there needs to be a change for the better, both in the fields of teaching, research and service, every lecturer and student can access the documents that have been provided on the faculty web to be used to support lecture activities”. The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Palembang is committed to providing the best service through the Tri Dharma College activities including education and teaching, research and development and community service.
The Faculty of Engineering is currently using the Online Academic Information System (SISFO) to provide convenience to users (lecturers and students) in online campus academic administration activities such as making class schedules, filling out study plan cards (KRS), paying tuition fees, filling grades, data processing lecturers and students and so on using only mobile phones. This system can also function as a support for data analysis in determining campus decisions.
