Coordination Meeting of the Faculty of Engineering, University of PGRI Palembang

In order to equalize perceptions in achieving a goal and mission so that they can go hand in hand, for this reason, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Palembang held a coordination meeting (rakor). The coordination meeting is a routine coordination meeting held by FT UPGRIP every time before the lecture starts. For odd semesters this year, lectures will start on September 12, 2022.

The meeting which was chaired directly by the Dean Adiguna, S.T., M.Si was held on Thursday (28/07/2022) at the Faculty of Engineering Hall. It was attended by Deputy Dean Aan Sefentry, S.T., M.T., Chairman of GPM Reffanda Kurniawan, ST. , M.M., Head of Electrical Engineering Study Program Emidiana, S.T., M.T., Head of Chemical Engineering Study Program Muhrinsyah Fatimura, S.T., M.T., Head of Civil Engineering Study Program Amiwarti, S.T., M.T., Head of Administration, Finance and Personnel Sri Mulyati, S.T., M.Pd., Head of equipment and correspondence sub-section Dwi Warsari, S.H., M.H, Head of sub-division of academic administration, collaboration and student affairs Endang Kurniawan, S.T., Head of the library unit Lusi Anita, S.E., Head of Laboratory of Electrical Study Program Irene Kartika Pebrianti, S.T., M.T., Head of Laboratory of Engineering Study Program Chemistry Rully Masriatini, S.T., M.T and all managers of the Faculty of Engineering.

In addition to discussing the initial preparation for odd semester lectures for the 2022-2023 academic year, this meeting also discussed:

  1. Rector’s Circular regarding the implementation of the 42nd Asean Council of Teachers (ACT) + 1 convention.
  2. Monev even semester of GPM.
  3. Preparation for the accreditation of the Electrical Engineering Study Program in 2025.
  4. Sacrifice preparation in 2023.
  5. Submission of budget for repair and purchase of engineering faculty laboratory equipment.
  6. Proposals for the manufacture of work uniforms.
  7. Preparation for occupying a new building.
  8. Activation of the bulletin board for the benefit of students.
  9. Preparation and application of permission to carry out doctoral lectures for lecturers.
  10. Implementation of lecturer meetings.
